- Define the core interaction model for the agentic platform, i.e. what it means to interact with an always-on AI agent
- Design end-to-end mobile flows from first launch and onboarding through daily habitual use, focused on the moments where the agent paradigm has to earn user trust
- Design the companion mode experience, the in-app preview that shows early mobile users what the platform will feel like as a wearable before the hardware ships
- Design interaction patterns for wearable constraints: no touchscreen, limited display real estate and an interaction vocabulary that works without a physical interface
- Build onboarding and trust architecture that introduces a novel paradigm and earns permission for an always-on product
- Build a design system and component library so engineering can build consistently and the design language scales with the platform
- Prototype and test rapidly, validating interaction hypotheses with real users through high-fidelity prototypes before committing to production code
- Work with the iOS, Android and AI engineering teams so what is designed can be built and what ships matches the design

- 5+ years of UX and product design experience with a portfolio showing interaction design depth, not just visual polish
- Proven experience designing for novel or unconventional interaction paradigms such as voice interfaces, ambient computing, conversational AI, wearables or AR
- Strong systems thinking: interaction patterns that scale rather than one-off screens
- Hands-on prototyping in Figma, ProtoPie, Framer or equivalent, at a fidelity that generates genuine user reactions
- Experience designing for mobile, with deep understanding of iOS and Android conventions and judgement about when to break them
- Comfort working in ambiguity in a product category without established conventions
- Strong written English and proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams remotely
- Must be authorized to work in the US
