- 5+ years of Product/UX/UI design experience, with at least 2+ years exclusively dedicated to building and managing enterprise-level design systems
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant examples of UI and UX successes, particularly within design systems
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience building designs for responsive web and mobile environments
- Experience with Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, or Adobe CC
- Optional experience with Validately, UserZoom, and Adobe Analytics
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced component architecture, variants, auto-layout, design tokens, and Figma variables
- Strong understanding of component-driven development and web technologies
