- Evolve the visual design language for Atlassian products, including tokens, themes, interaction patterns, and components.
- Systemise design language decisions for AI-native, adaptive interfaces to help people and agents generate consistent, accessible UI while preserving brand expression and product clarity.
- De-risk complex visual and systems problems through high-fidelity explorations, functional prototypes, and clear recommendations that consider edge cases, accessibility, and implementation constraints.
- Collaborate with product design, engineering, content design, brand, and platform partners to translate emerging system concepts into guidance, specifications, and reusable capabilities.
- Model visual systems judgment in critique, create clear usage guidance, and support product teams adopting new ADS capabilities.
