What you'll do

  • Conduct audits to gather use cases and UX patterns across digital products
  • Create reusable component and pattern definitions for diverse use cases
  • Identify inconsistencies in component usage and design
  • Identify deviations from the existing design system
  • Work with teams to align on and adopt a consistent set of components and patterns
  • Work with developers to implement and quality check components
  • Craft component and pattern usage guidelines
  • Enforce processes for appropriate design system usage and upkeep

  • 7+ years as a designer
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience maintaining a design system
  • Portfolio demonstrating deep understanding of product design, craftsmanship, and innovative solutions from conception to launch
  • Strong UI design skills
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Content strategy knowledge is a bonus
  • HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus
  • Excellent methodical and critical thinking skills
