Adtraction is hiring a Product Designer (UX AI) to shape how brands and partners experience the Adtraction platform, working from research through to production. The role is part of the Tech team in Stockholm and reports to the Tech Lead / CTO. You will own the user experience for brands and partners on the web and mobile apps, mapping user flows, analysing behaviour, producing Figma designs ready for development and AI implementation, and over time taking ownership of the design system.

What you'll do

  • Design interactions and interfaces in Figma from early sketches to production-ready designs
  • Structure and evolve the design system and component library in Figma
  • Build and own the process for taking design from Figma to production with AI agents
  • Analyse user behaviour in Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, session recordings) and turn findings into improvements
  • Map complete user flows and information architecture across the web platform and mobile apps
  • Handle feedback and feature requests from sales and customer success teams and translate them into solutions
  • Work closely with developers and product owners from framing the problem to reviewing what is shipped

What they're looking for

  • Several years of experience as a UX, product or interaction designer, or as a design-focused engineer, working on digital products
  • Expert Figma skills, including well-structured files, components, variants and design tokens
  • Experience using behavioural data (e.g. Clarity, Hotjar) to find UX problems and turn insights into design decisions
  • Experience designing for mobile apps as well as the web
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain design decisions clearly and work closely with developers, product owners and commercial teams
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to take design into code (e.g. Claude Code, Figma MCP or similar)
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
