What you'll do

  • Work directly with product and engineering to prototype, build, and ship experiences
  • Turn a single problem into several distinct, high-fidelity prototypes so the team can choose between real options
  • Build production-quality UI components and interactions in code
  • Ground decisions in first-principles thinking about users (solo business owners with 90 seconds to spare)
  • Champion simplicity by cutting, collapsing, and clarifying so the product feels effortless
  • Bridge design and engineering by translating concepts into real code and feasibility into the design process
  • Evolve Bridgeway's design system so the team ships faster and quality compounds
  • Own a design surface end to end: concept, prototype, production code, and the system it plugs into
