Lyft is hiring a Design Systems Manager for Design Foundations, the infrastructure layer of its design organization. The role owns craft and execution of the Lyft Product Language (LPL), the design system that spans product surfaces, marketing and brand and ships directly to code. It leads a team of design systems designers and illustrators across iOS, Android, web and brand, and steers the system through a phase of global growth and capability expansion. Reports to the Director of Design Foundations and works alongside a dedicated DPM and engineering managers. Hybrid in New York, three days per week in office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday).
